A customer at the RISD Alumni sale last weekend asked me if I had any platters with the anemone image on it. I had an organic bowl with the flower, but no platters. I haven't even considered putting anemones on the platters. So this week, I decided to try it. And I like it. I also dipped a part of the patter in the blue-gray glaze, a very light wash over the white. I like that, too. Funny how a simple question can lead you in a whole new direction.
